Convolute Wheel is engineered with an open-web structure of nylon fibers, premium abrasive grains, and resin, tightly wound around a reinforced core to provide exceptional durability, controlled cutting performance, and consistent surface finishing results. Available in Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide abrasives with medium to hard densities（6-10）, the wheel is designed for demanding deburring and surface conditioning applications.

Ideal for edge and flat surface processing, Convolute Wheel delivers outstanding performance in burr removal, edge radiusing, weld blending, machine line refinement, and fine finishing. Outer diameters range from 1 inch to 14 inches, with abrasive options including Silicon Carbide, Aluminum Oxide, and Ceramic Abrasives to satisfy diverse industrial processing demands.

Its unique unitized construction provides controlled cutting action, low vibration, and uniform finishing performance while maintaining excellent dimensional stability.

Bristle Disc is engineered with advanced flexible polymer bristles embedded with precision abrasive grains, combining aggressive cutting performance with outstanding surface finishing capability.

Radial Bristle Disc is an integrated flexible abrasive tool engineered with a high-elasticity resin base and radially arranged abrasive bristles embedded with Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide, or Ceramic abrasives.

Laser Braze Finishing Wheel is specifically engineered for post-processing and precision surface finishing of laser brazed weld seams in automotive manufacturing. Designed as a dedicated precision grinding consumable for automated body-in-white production lines, the product is manufactured using high-performance non-woven materials combined with premium precision abrasives.

Nylon Polishing Wheel is manufactured using a composite structure of three-dimensional nylon fibers and premium precision abrasives, combining efficient grinding performance with flexible polishing capability.
