Application 1 — Pipe Thread Deburring & Finishing Abrasive Wheel
Our flagship FD Unitized Wheel is specifically designed for deburring and polishing wheel threaded connections on pipes and drill tubes.
It rapidly removes sharp machining burrs while preserving thread geometry, preventing thread damage and ensuring sealing integrity under extreme downhole pressure conditions.
Application 2 — Rotor Polishing for Mud Motors (Tungsten Carbide Coating)
For polishing tungsten carbide (WC)-coated rotor surfaces used in progressive cavity mud motors and downhole motors, we developed our Superhard Diamond Nylon Polishing Wheel.
Manufactured with premium nylon fibers, high-grade diamond abrasives wheel, and high-purity silicon carbide, it offers exceptional conformity to complex helical geometries.
Surface Finish Performance
- Initial polishing: Ra < 0.8 μm
- Secondary polishing: Mirror-grade Ra 0.2–0.3 μm
