The resilient abrasive qualities of the non-woven abrasive allow the nylon deburring wheel to conform to the edges and corners of the workpiece. This is the preferred deburring and chamfering product for workpieces with irregular and complex shapes.  

Applications:

Aerospace blades deburring improves fatigue life, reduces airflow interference and prevents failures, ensuring engine performance and safety. The difficulty lies in the complex shape of the blades, the inaccessibility of the grinding area, and the high hardness of the titanium alloy material. The process therefore requires abrasives that are highly compatible with the grinding surface.
